Cardiorespiratory Fitness Test – Keep your heart healthy

This examination is provided in cooperation with with WELLCO company.

The cardiorespiratory test gives you an idea of where your cardiorespiratory health is in a short time. An experienced and qualified trainer will guide you through the test. To begin with, he will explain the course of the test. The test is performed through a few simple exercises, which means that some of you may be short of breath. The test takes place in groups.

After the test is performed, the interpretation of the results and interventions for improvement will be discussed.

Test participant:
