BODYART = enormous inner strength = perfect control over yourself.
In BODYART exercises, the priority is to strengthen the human being as a whole. Hand in hand with the idea of the “Jing-Yang” philosophy, it appropriately combines functional training and classical breathing, endurance, and stretching techniques to create a perfect synergy of physical training (training with your body) and relaxation (working with your mind and inner self). The ultimate goal of BODYART training is to ensure the proper functioning of the entire body through strengthening and stabilizing all aspects of human movement/strengthening all important skills and abilities necessary for human movement and overall existence. It is an exercise that is very complex because it involves the whole body. Unlike classic strength training, which focuses on each muscle group separately, BODYART does not divide a person into individual parts. It perceives you, as a human being with everything that belongs to you. All exercises and positions train different (all) muscles at the same time and directly call for controlling the balance and stabilization of our body.
